Features
Ceramic heating bands are custom-made in our factory to withstand more demanding conditions than mica heating bands. They also provide greater longevity and can reach up to 1500º F. They are repairable, regardless of the original manufacturer.
Materials and Construction
Made with stainless steel, the collar coating is corrosion resistant.
Nickel-chrome 80/20 heating wire goes to higher temperature than the 60/15 (traditionally used) and thus ensures greater longevity.
The added 1/2" ceramic fiber insulation in the collar coating provides substantial energy savings (1" on request).
The collars of the ceramic bands are equipped with 1/2" ceramic fiber insulation, for an energy savings of over 30%.

The collars of our ceramic bands are equipped with 1/2 inch ceramic fiber insulation, which is thicker than that of the competition (1/8 to 1/4 inch). This provides an energy savings of over 30%.
