Materials and Construction

• Custom-made to your needs at Volton
• Ceramic bands, also known as Air cooling ceramic band heaters, can be manufactured full (for more watts) or with holes (for better ventilation).
• Nickel-chrome 80/20 heating wire goes to higher temperatures than the traditionally used 60/15, ensuring greater longevity.
• Connection: Junction box with threaded terminals
