Process duct heaters are used in heat treatment of metals and high temperature convection heating.
- Custom-built with either:
- Kanthal A-1 ribbon alloy up to 1400°C/2552°F or Nickel-Chrome 80/20 up to 1200°C/2192°F.
- Kanthal A-1 heating coils alloy KA1 up to 1400°C/2552°F or Nickel-Chrome 80/20 up to 1200°C/2192°F.
- Incoloy tubular elements.

- Formed large gauge ribbon or coil elements designed with ceramic insulators and built on robust stainless-steel frames.
