Volton manufactures made to order (MTO) ventilated elements for circular or rectangular ducts with forced air.  We also repair and improve all types of ventilated units (air heaters, commercial dryers, etc.).  Mica supports can be laser-cut to accommodate many various diameter requirements.

Features:

• Custom designed according to your power/installation and inner diameter needs.
• Built with laser-cut mica insulators and electrical coils.
• Can act as a suitable substitute for fan heaters constructed with ceramic dielectric insulation where operating temperatures are kept below 260°C (higher temperatures can cause the gradual combustion of the binding agent in the mica).
• Can be fitted with thermal limit switches (ECO or Energy Cut Off)
• Repairable

• Any air flow heating application where a very quick response time is required.
