Our ovens have refractory insulating brick, your choice of insulation and control panel specs, and a temperature that can go up to 2300°F (1260°C). 

Existing ovens refurbishment

Volton refurbishes and optimizes heat treatment ovens & furnaces, no matter the size and the original manufacturer.

Refurbishment (repair) implies making new heating elements, replace worn out or damaged refractory bricks, change or increase insulation and of course, rewire.
