Features
Volton ceramic fiber heating elements are designed for industrial processes requiring high-temperature heating of up to 2200°F (1204°C). High-quality heating wire or ribbon is embedded directly into a ceramic fiber insulation layer, allowing the element to function as both a heat source and a thermal barrier. This integrated design provides directional heat transfer to molds, plates, or combustion chambers while helping reduce heat loss to the surrounding environment.
Volton manufactures custom ceramic fiber heating elements in a variety of configurations, including flat plates, cylinders, and half-cylinders. Insulation thickness and watt density can be adapted to the requirements of the equipment and industrial process to optimize thermal performance and equipment life.
