General Features

Materials and Shapes

  • Resistance wires (coils) are made with 60/15 or 80/20 nickel-chrome alloy or iron-chrome-aluminum (Kanthal A1).

 

Electrical Specifications and Dimensions

  • To order coils, please provide us with:
  • The diameter of the heating wire
  • The outer diameter of the bunched resistance wire
  • The stretched length of the coil
  • The electrical characteristics (volts - watts, or ohms)

 

Options

We also offer:

  • A wide range of heating wires and ribbons in stock, with the possibility of ordering the gauge you desire if we do not have it.
  • Complete reconditioning of your ovens and improvement, if necessary, of the heating design.
