Features
Ceramic heating bands are custom-made in our factory to withstand more demanding conditions than mica heating bands. They also provide greater longevity and can reach up to 1500º F. They are repairable, regardless of the original manufacturer.
Materials and Construction
Made with stainless steel, the collar coating is corrosion resistant.
Nickel-chrome 80/20 heating wire goes to higher temperature than the 60/15 (traditionally used) and thus ensures greater longevity.
Our added 1/2" fiber insulation in our collar provides 60% of energy savings compare to 1/8" (1" on request).
It therefore reduce peaks consumption & save you energy costs.
